Endeavor Entertainment Group is a Music Industry Company led by seasoned industry professional Sadi M Pekerol lll, whose legendary family history in the music and entertainment business has led to a 40-year track record of hits.
With a keen eye for talent and an understanding of the industry’s demands, the company has helped dozens of artists secure major record deals and achieve notable recognition, including both Grammy and American Music Award Nominations. Dove Award Winning success, Billboard Music Awards nods, and Historic Chart Record breaking singles in recent years.

Company leader Sadi Pekerol’s connection to the music industry is deeply personal. His father was a founding member of the Grammy-winning and Billboard chart-topping band The Winstons, who was a pioneering force in the music industry for decades. Starting with his first band, Sonny Gordon 5 and the Original Outcasts, alongside close friend and guitar legend Roy Buchanan, his father went on to form The Winstons in 1967. The band achieved iconic status with the hits “Color Him Father” and “Amen Brother” and the Legendary Amen Break which defined an era, while his father also collaborated with legends such as Michael Jackson and the Jackson 5, James Brown, and Curtis Mayfield and the Impressions, Otis Redding, The Delfonics, Pattie LaBelle, and Chubby Checker to name a few.
Decades later, Pekerol played a pivotal role in securing a licensing deal with Grammy-nominated label Light in the Attic Records for the re-release of his father's catalog, ensuring its legacy continues for future generations.
